The entrance to our hotel is located on Königstraße, at the corner of Theatergasse, right next to “Teeladen Gschwendner.”

If you’re driving, the best way to reach the hotel is via Lorenzer Straße.

The hotel entrance is located in the pedestrian zone. However, as a hotel guest, you may enter at any time to load and unload and to park in the parking garage!

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival , except on Sundays and holidays, when they are available from 2:00 p.m.

On your departure day, we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. and return your room key to the front desk.

If you would like to check out before 7:00 a.m. on the day of your departure or would like a late check-out, please let us know at the front desk the day before.

Feel free to ask at our front desk if you need an iron and ironing board.

Our front desk is staffed as follows:

Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sundays and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival . Except on Sundays and holidays, when they are available from 2:00 PM.

If you arrive after our business hours, we will leave your room key in our KEY SAFE at the main entrance. Please let us know in advance so we can provide you with your SAFE number and CODE!

If the front door is locked after 9:00 p.m., please open it with your room key by holding it up to the designated sensor.

Our extensive breakfast buffet is available for €20.00 per person.

Children 5 and under eat breakfast for free, and those ages 6 through 17 pay €10.00.

Please let us know in advance if you have a gluten intolerance or lactose intolerance.

If you arrive in Nuremberg before 3 p.m. or would like to stay in the city for a while after checking out, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception during opening hours.

No pets are allowed in our hotel, except assistance dogs.

The white, round knob on the heater is the only control used to regulate the room temperature!

All rooms in the building are air-conditioned. You can adjust the temperature in your room using the square white display on the wall.

If you need a parking space, we offer discounted hotel rates (€17.00 per day) for the nearby “Katharinenhof” public parking garage, accessible via Lorenzer Straße; turn right at the roundabout and then immediately right into the “Kürschnershof” entrance. You can pick up the discounted ticket at the ticket machine in the parking garage or at the front desk. You’ll pay for the discounted ticket at the front desk. The entrance to the hotel (Theatergasse entrance) via Königstraße, coming from Königstorgraben, is located in the pedestrian zone. However, as a hotel guest, you have access!

You can also use the free public parking spaces from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. in the side streets near the hotel.
